The Site is a marketing website for Lateral, an AI-native recruiting platform that provides AI-powered candidate sourcing, enrichment, and outreach combined with Forward Deployed Recruiters (FDRs) who manage the recruiting pipeline on behalf of our clients.
The Site provides information about our services and allows visitors to contact us through a form. Use of the Lateral recruiting platform itself is governed by separate client agreements.
