AMS Global Ventures, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Lateral website at shiftlateral.com (the "Site"). Lateral is an AI-native recruiting platform that pairs AI-powered candidate sourcing with Forward Deployed Recruiters (FDRs).

This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you visit our marketing website. It does not cover candidate data processed within our recruiting platform on behalf of our clients — that is governed by separate data processing agreements with each client.

Future Analytics
